Otetaan sen verran takaisin, että SAW II:n oikeudet Amerikassa omistaa Sire, joka on lisensoinut vinyylirepressin 1972 Records -labelille. Alkuperäisiä mastereita eivät ole saaneet Warpilta käyttöönsä mutta ensirapsojen perusteella tämä soundaa kuulemma jopa paremmalta kuin originaali (joissa oli kai jotain laatuongelmia ja epäkeskisyyttä). Eli tilaukseen taitaa mennä ja eiku levyjä kääntelemään kesken tripin..

Tämmöisestä en ollut ennen kuullutkaan. Mukavalla tavalla viimeistelemätöntä saundia, vähän Melodies from Marsin tyyliin. Silti selkeästi AFX:ää.
Analogue Bubblebath 5 is an unreleased EP by techno and IDM artist Richard David James.
Recorded in 1995, it had been intended for release on James' own label, Rephlex Records, under his alias AFX, as the fifth installment in his Analogue Bubblebath series. The EP would have consisted of nine tracks, in alternating acid house/techno and ambient styles which were popular at the time. However, Richard decided that it was not up to par with the others in the series, so only a handful of vinyl test pressings were made.
In January 2005 Rephlex mailed out black vinyl/binder editions of Analord 10. Due to problems at the manufacturing/mail out stage, approximately 20 buyers did not receive their package. Rephlex mailed out a second batch in June 2005 to those who had not received their order. This second batch included a free copy of Analogue Bubblebath 5. This distribution of Analogue Bubblebath 5 was unannounced. These test pressings are highly sought after and one of them reportedly sold on eBay for over $5,000 USD.
No information whatsoever is printed on the record's blank white labels (although some copies do have "AB5" written and circled onto them), but the identifying call number of `CAT 034' has been etched into its run-out grooves. The album was originally scheduled to have been issued in the LP and CD formats. However, there are no plans of a commercial release for this album.

Tästä on siis kyse:
Melodies from Mars is a collection of unreleased tracks by Richard David James, better known under his pseudonym Aphex Twin. Although James has never admitted authorship of this supposedly unofficial album, at least two of its tracks are alternate versions (possibly demo versions) of tracks featured on the subsequently released Richard D. James Album (1996). According to Mike Paradinas, the collaboration album Mike & Rich was partially inspired by Melodies From Mars. Some tracks on the album also bear resemblance to those of Analogue Bubblebath 5. The Aphex Twin Community claims that "Men in black suits" (Rephlex) asked them to remove MP3 excerpts of this album from their web site. This appears to lend credence to the theory that Melodies from Mars is indeed a work by Aphex Twin. It is commonly believed that Melodies from Mars was given to some of Richard's friends on cassette tapes. Other than these tapes, the only place to find this music is through online P2P file-sharing.
There is an alternate version of the album, illegally released by Unreal Records solely in Russia, that is circulating the internet. It is missing the below mentioned version of "Logan Rock Witch." The song title remains, but the audio is of "Untitled 7."
In an interview with Another Man, Richard stated "Ive got six [albums] completed ... one is Melodies from Mars, which I redid about three years ago." This suggests that the album may eventually be released at some point in the future.

Viisaita sanoja ja sama molempiin... Tässä hyvät valinnat: devil's playground soundtrack. Dokkarin lopussa soiva Ruxpinin Múm-remiksi myös jonkinlaista klassikkokamaa.
