George Clanton
tehdäänpä nyt topikki tälle kaverille, joka on viimeisin musiikillinen innostukseni 
ja pannan tämä nyt vaikka tänne koneempaan.
viime aikoina alkoi taas vaporwave kiinnostamaan ja sitä kautta löytyi mm. ESPRIT 空想 ja tämä biisi sitten kolahti kovaa:
homman takana on George Clanton ja tällä 200% electronica -levyllä hän ei enää sämpläile obskuureja kasarihittejä vaan ihan omaa tuotantoa on biisit. levyjä vaan on hieman haastavaa löytää kohtuulliseen hintaan, mutta tämän cd:n sain discogsin kautta tilattua melko inhimilliseen hintaan ja on kyllä aivan loistava levy. ja meninpä tuossa liittymään jopa maksulliseen george clanton fan clubiin koska sen myötä sai koko bandcamp-tuotannon + muutamankin "salaisen" julkaisun hankittua. pitää vielä tutkia millaisilla postikuluilla saisi tilattua fyysisiä levyjä jenkeistä, mutta postikulut lienevät nykyään melkoisia.

elikkäs vähän kaupallisempaan suuntaan ehkä mennyt, mutta hyviä, hieman unenomaisia poppibiisejä, toimii

Eiköhän se kesän virallinen hittibiisi ole siinä. Pitää opetella nuo Rollercoasterin tanssi- nojailu- ja moshausliikkeet ja olen valmis.

introducing the latest from the 100 CLUB:
「ｇｉｒｌｓｏｎｌｙ」by ESPRIT 空想 on 7" vinyl.
Following 15 sell-outs in a row, this is 100CLUB #16:
Perhaps the most rare and desirable vinyl record we have ever released, because it was the first we ever released, is being re-released in limited edition.
ESPRIT 空想 - 「ｇｉｒｌｓｏｎｌｙ 」 was originally released digitally in 2012, and then on 300 vinyl copies in 2014. While the original catalog number was "ESPR1," it was re-cataloged in our archives as "100P" when we christened the label "100% Electronica" the following year. (and the 100% Electronica LP was released as 102P in respect to that.)
In addition to that bit of history, it was also the first vinyl release to identify itself as "vaporwave" - for better or for worse, jumpstarting the vaporwave vinyl mania that funded the rest of the genre's many artists and record labels for the rest of the decade. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
Today, to celebrate ESPRIT's forthcoming tours (more on that below...): we are re-releasing this album as a near perfect replica of its original pressing, down to the typographical errors. While the original mastering house and pressing plant have since shutdown and been dismantled, we were able to hunt down the original print shop in New York City and have them print the outside jacket in the same way as before on 11x17 gloss paper. We also have hand folded and placed each record in its plastic outer sleeve ourselves, by hand, just as it was in 2014.
In order to fit as much music as possible onto this 7" disc, it was cut at 33 1/3 RPM (just like a 12" record would be) on the maximum number of grooves that are physically possible. As a result the disc contains all 8 tracks from the original release, the 7 from the original digital release and one more bonus* track.
