Näköjään Daniel Kahnemanin kirja 'Ajattelu, nopeasti ja hitaasti' käsittelee ilmeisesti sitä mistä Saarinen mouhoaa.

Tässä uusia uria mielen toimintaan avaavassa teoksessa Daniel Kahneman selittää ajatteluamme ohjaavat kaksi järjestelmää.

Järjestelmä 1 on nopea, intuitiivinen ja emotionaalinen.

järjestelmä 2 on hitaampi, harkitsevampi ja loogisempi.

Kahneman paljastaa nopean ajattelun ihmeelliset kyvyt, mutta myös sen puutteet ja vinoumat, ja kertoo, miten laajasti intuitiiviset vaikutelmat ohjaavat ajatteluamme ja käyttäytymistämme.

Hyvä kirja on.

Mulla jäi se jotenkin aikanaan kesken vaikka on hyvää asiaa. Pitäisiköhän ottaa hommaksi rykäistä se loppuun.

Kahnemanilta on näköjään just ilmestyny uus kirja: Noise: A Flaw in Human Judgment

Imagine that two doctors in the same city give different diagnoses to identical patients—or that two judges in the same courthouse give markedly different sentences to people who have committed the same crime.
